I consider myself so lucky to have worked with Grant for many years at Manchester City. He has played such a significant role in my development as both a practitioner but more importantly also as a person. He helped me understand who I am, and how I think and process information. He then continued to consistently work accordingly to get the best out of me. He has the amazing ability to focus on the detail while also NEVER taking his eye off the bigger picture, he can take all subjectivity out of matters and remain objective in what was at times a highly pressured environment.
