I first met Grant a number of years ago and from the first moment I realized what a fantastic person he was his skill set and experience  was at a high standard but the most important skill for me what he had was his empathy, such a humble guy he always explained a situation in a manner you grasped immediately and with a smile he always had great energy and direction his managerial skills came across in such a clear and friendly way relating a lot of the time to his past experiences and ending up laughing about them.
